Hi, I'm Brendan.

I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over 8 years of training experience and a lifelong background in athletics. Fitness has never been a phase for me. It's been a constant.

My main focus is muscle building and fat loss, but I've built real experience in recovery training, injury prevention, and mobility work — so wherever you're starting from, I've worked with someone like you before. I've coached all ages, all fitness levels, and all kinds of schedules.

I started coaching because I genuinely love this. I love the science of it, the process of it, and most of all — seeing someone hit a goal they didn't think was possible. But what sets me apart isn't a method or a program. It's that I show up for my clients the way a real training partner would. I'm not just your coach. I'm your motivator, your accountability, and the person who's going to push you on the days nobody else will.
